Superseded only because
mainadvanced with the single-writer Library merge after this branch completed its clean production release gate. The code itself was fully green. To avoid forcing a stale/non-mergeablemain.swiftbranch onto the new base, the identical validated adapter/function-body migration is rebuilt as PR #54 directly from currentmain. Branch retained as validation history.
