Add Bourbaki tables

Summary

• add BourbakiTable and bourbaki_table for irreducible finite Dynkin types
• render complete Unicode plates with PrettyTables
• expose roots, coroots, weights, Coxeter data, lattice invariants, Weyl data, and Cartan matrices
• add cross-family tests and documentation
