The star history chart in the README is currently broken due to GitHub API restrictions, so it no longer renders. Update the chart to point to a working provider so it displays correctly again.

The star history chart in the README has stopped rendering due to GitHub API restrictions, leaving the README with a broken image. This change points the chart to a working provider so it displays correctly again.
