- Added full lifecycle management for PR-less environments through the API.
- Added repository previews, branch discovery, service selection, and branch overrides.
- Added configurable environment lifetimes, extensions, and automatic cleanup.
- Added scoped personal and service API keys with repository access controls.
- Strengthened authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and auditing.
- Unified status and history handling across API-created and GitHub PR environments.
- Preserved the existing GitHub PR webhook and deployment flow.
- Improved local Tilt startup by parallelizing independent resources.
