- move getFormattedTime to header as template
- add two more outOfVis checks
- add SUPs to ignoreAtc
* shorten auto params evaluation (>= 1 instead of separated checks) * Add Unknown Command info instead of parse warning when the command could be parsed * Add outOfVis check to OnFlightPlanControllerAssignedDataUpdate and OnFlightPlanDataUpdate * Add SUPs to atc ignore list
