fix(acp): support Codex Fast mode

Summary

• Migrate the Codex and Claude ACP adapters to the maintained @agentclientprotocol packages, with exact legacy built-in preset migration.
• Expose generic ACP select and boolean session configuration through the Desktop, Web, and CLI integration paths.
• Add a model-aware Codex Fast mode toggle with the higher-credit warning and localized labels.
