Incluida en #79: vitest y @vitest/coverage-v8 tienen que subir a 5.0.0 en el mismo commit (coverage-v8 5 fija vitest 5.0.0 como peer exacto), así que por separado ninguna de las dos ramas resolvía npm ci. Ya mergeado.
