Pull request overview
Adds an owner-approved “Closed Source (How We Work)” documentation section to the organization profile README, positioning it between Open Source and Our Products to describe internal/private systems without linking to them.
Changes:

Declining: "in real time" is an adverbial phrase here (unified in real time), which standard style guides write without a hyphen; the hyphenated form is for attributive use ("a real-time dashboard"). "day-to-day"/"end-to-end" in this README are attributive/nominal, so they take hyphens.
