Modeled on prompt-lab's ipad-prototype.yml. Path-filtered to the iOS subtree; build-only where the scheme has UI tests only, build + unit tests where a unit test target exists. Part of the 2026-08-16 iOS build hardening sweep.

.github/workflows/ios-build.yml: buildsnative/PlotForgeNativeApp/PlotForgeNative.xcodeproj(schemePlotForgeNative, iPad) for the iOS Simulator, path-filtered tonative/**. Build-only — the scheme has UI tests only. Usesmacos-15because the app is Swift 6 (needs Xcode 16+). Motivation: this repo had zero workflows. Part of the 2026-08-16 iOS build hardening sweep (verified locally: builds clean at origin/main on Xcode 26.5).
