修复 Windows 发布版启动时出现 CMD 控制台的问题。
根因：Tauri shell 的 main.rs 未声明 windows_subsystem = "windows"，发布 EXE 被链接为 Console subsystem；关闭 CMD 会终止同一进程，导致工作台关闭。
变更：
验证：cargo fmt --all -- --check；cargo test --lib（14 passed）；cargo build --release；PE 读取为 GUI。
