Summary

  • bind shared Morris execution to genuine fixed-ball double-pendulum Rate simulations
  • support only ten globally modeled, registry-unit-checked factors and reject the fixed-ball no-op impact_time_offset_s
  • export the exact 17-output Rate Morris catalog with strict hit/miss/failure availability
  • extract one shared simulation capture/projection seam and one DRY global-config application seam
  • update SPEC 1.16.27 and all three canonical Rate handoffs

Verification

  • 23 focused adapter/request tests
  • 75 Rate variation tests
  • 136 shared variation tests
  • Ruff check and format
  • hosted-style MyPy on five production files
  • changed-policy, file-size, AST, diff, import-smoke, and secrets gates
  • independent exact-commit review: GO, no actionable findings

Scope boundary

The adapter uses the existing sampled-point/spherical-ball contact model; it does not claim clubhead-mesh, swept-collision, compression, or a proven genuine double-pendulum fixed-hit fixture. PyQt/React presentation, export, detailed per-sample failure diagnostics, and UpstreamDrift consumption remain follow-up scope.
