A collection of surface-level natural language processing tools for Welsh, written in Python. Includes: text segmenter; sentence splitter; tokeniser; part-of-speech (POS) tagger.

This repo holds the rule based semantic tagger by Scott Piao as part of the CorCenCC project.

This is a simple Tensorflow based multi-task tagger that tags Welsh sentences with both semantic parts-of-speech (POS) and semantic (SEM) tags. The work is part of the The CorCenCC (Corpws Cenedlaethol Cymraeg Cyfoes – the National Corpus of Contemporary Welsh) project.
