🛡️ Sentinel: [MEDIUM] Fix DoS vulnerability in .html4ignore file processing

💡 Vulnerability:
.html4ignore 파일 파싱 및 읽기 과정 중, 시스템 권한 변경에 따른 IOException(TOCTOU 포함)이나 악의적인/잘못된 파일명(널 바이트 포함)으로 인한 InvalidPathException 등의 예상치 못한 예외가 발생할 경우 애플리케이션 전체 크롤러가 충돌하고 서비스가 중단(DoS)되는 취약점이 발견되었습니다.

🎯 Impact:
공격자나 사용자 환경 문제로 인해 특정 디렉토리 내 .html4ignore 파일의 접근이 차단되거나 비정상적인 파일명이 존재할 경우 전체 정적 HTML 생성 과정이 실패하여 서비스 거부(Denial of Service) 상태를 유발할 수 있습니다.

🔧 Fix:
process_ignore_file 내부의 try-catch 블록을 확장하여 파일 접근, 내용 파싱 및 경로 객체 생성 과정 중 발생하는 모든 Exception을 잡아내도록 처리했습니다. 예외가 발생하더라도 충돌을 피하고(Fail Securely) 민감한 시스템 및 설정 파일에 대한 기본 보호 정책을 유지하면서 다음 프로세스로 넘어가도록 개선하였습니다.

✅ Verification:

• UseLinesExceptionTest.kt 테스트를 추가하여 널 바이트가 포함된 파일명을 전달해 의도적으로 InvalidPathException을 발생시킨 후 프로세스가 죽지 않고 정상적으로 민감 파일 목록을 반환하는지 검증 완료했습니다.
• 모든 JaCoCo 코드 커버리지가 100%를 충족하는지 검증했습니다.
