Picks up sonLib's insertion-ordered hash iteration and thread-local random number generator, keeping taffy's sonLib in step with cactus's and paffy's. Cactus forces its submodules' nested sonLib to whatever SHA cactus's own sonLib is at, so these have to agree. Nothing taffy compiles against changes: 07cff97..cbb2285 touches two public headers, and the edits are five lines of comment in sonLibRandom.h plus the contents of hashTablePrivateC.h, which is private to sonLib's own sources.
