Two documentation fixes from code review analysis:
SKILL.md: Correct examples.md description from "portable local-search and recommendation examples" to "portable code snippets for searching skill catalogs and locating skill files" — matches actual content.
CONTRIBUTING.md: Add "Script directories" section explaining the two-script-directory pattern: scripts/ for standalone CLI tools, .github/scripts/ for CI-specific logic.
