Bring-your-own wg-quick config via AETHER_CUSTOM_WG_CONFIG or <config>-custom.conf. Reads [Interface] and [Peer], validates the endpoint, and reuses the existing WireGuard-over-WARP tunnel. New --custom-wg flag and AETHER_CUSTOM_WG_CONFIG env var. New Protocol::CustomWg variant with customwg alias. New AETHER_CUSTOM_WG_CONFIG docs in GUIDE and DOCS (en/fa). Review fixes: - AETHER_WG_PEER/AETHER_PEER now override Peer.Endpoint in custom config - warn when CIDR suffix is stripped from Interface.Address - document that AllowedIPs is parsed but not yet wired to route setup - replace dead CustomWg arm in select_peer with unreachable!() - restore gool two-hop explanation in GUIDE.fa.md
