Wont open due to runtime error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening the program
2. runtime error shows
3. program closes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It says runtime error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.7, latest one. running on windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

no matter what it just opens and then shows run time error.

If it helps the log just shows "WoW Map Viewer v0.7 (Chuanhsing) r12
Game path: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft Public Test\Data\
Locale: enUS"
