post cleanup - migrated LEP

There are some records that need a manual check after the migration:

• https://cds.cern.ch/record/511978/export/hm?no_redirect_migrated - Report number LAL-2000-23 already exists, there is a duplicate thesis migrated with this report number. what shall we do with this record?
• https://cds.cern.ch/record/422558/export/hm?no_redirect_migrated - Report number CERN-OPEN-2000-020 already exists. - duplicate thesis record, what shall we do?
• https://cds.cern.ch/record/783131 - this record has incorrect hidden tag (should be uppercase) - should it be hidden?
• https://cds.cern.ch/record/2924341 - experiment should be changed to OPAL and accelerator to CERN LEP
• https://cds.cern.ch/record/965979 - what is l3+C RE 4? I found 17 records like this - shall C RE4 experiment be split to separate field?

• From what I can see, most of the metadata is identical in both records (author, title, publication date, etc.), but the page range and the document type are different. Since I cannot access the file for recID: 511978, I would suggest assigning the report numbers LAL-2000-23**-a** and LAL-2000-23**-b**, ordered by the oldest record, to avoid having two identical report numbers.: https://cds.cern.ch/record/511978/export/hm?no_redirect_migrated

• Based on the metadata, these are clearly two different records. I would therefore assign CERN-OPEN-2000-020**-a** and CERN-OPEN-2000-020**-b**, again ordering them by the oldest record.: https://cds.cern.ch/record/422558/export/hm?no_redirect_migrated

• Regarding the "hidden" tag, I can see that it was added in 2019, although I cannot determine who added it. I assume it was added intentionally to hide the record. I also noticed that the record is marked as "Restricted", so I think it is appropriate to keep it hidden.

• https://cds.cern.ch/record/2924341: Corrected.

• Indeed, L3+C is a synonym for the RE4 experiment: https://greybook.cern.ch/search/search?generalSearchCriteria=L3 Therefore, I think the best approach is to remove L3+C and keep RE4 as the experiment name. I have already applied this change to all records where this situation occurred (20).
