Overview
Release 1.3.2 bumps the plugin and package version from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 everywhere it is declared (main plugin header, BLOCKPARTY_ACCORDION_VERSION, package.json / lockfile, .plugin-data, all block block.json files, WordPress.org readme.txt stable tag, and Playground blueprint git ref).

Release notes in CHANGELOG.md and readme.txt add 1.3.2 with a single user-facing note: performance improvements that reduce frontend script blocking time. The diff does not include separate source changes beyond versioning; CHANGELOG.md also normalizes older entries to indented bullet formatting.

A minor fix removes a stray newline on the closing brace in .wordpress-org/blueprints/blueprint.json.
