This PR contains anvil caching work together with handbook, repair-attribute, workable-bit, asset, XSkills and version changes. It will not be merged wholesale unless the combined change remains compatible with PR jayugg#130 and does not regress smithing-with-bits. Non-duplicated fixes may instead be extracted into focused commits.
