This is a feature request, it comes from a frustration when using iotedgehubdev: Every time a small change is made, in order to check/test that change, a container rebuild is made and all the services restart, which take quiet a lot of time (~1 or 2minutes).
This should be a matter of seconds in order to have a good developer experience, what are your thoughts about it ?
