HTML User Registration Form with MongoDb Connection

Following are the form details which user needs to add for Registration

1. Name
2. Surname
3. ID Number
4. Date of Birth

Here, Post button is used to post the user details & save the data to Mongo Database

Here, Cancel button is used to reset the form fields
