I'm a Senior Associate - AI Build at NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) — previously Senior Associate Enterprise Architect (Jun 2024 – Apr 2026), transitioned to the AI Build title in April 2026, continuing the same charter: designing and building enterprise-scale Generative AI platforms, from agent-based orchestration and RAG pipelines to the secure, compliant infrastructure they run on.
I led the ground-up design of a company-wide GenAI Portal (React + Python), later evolving it into a dynamic, extensible platform with CLI and desktop applications, multi-source connectors, and layered data-privacy frameworks. It now drives 90–95% employee onboarding and 40–45% daily active usage as the primary AI-enabled platform across the organization.
