[DPG] Introduce treeCreatorTpcQa workflow

[lubynets]

This PR introduces treeCreatorTpcQa workflow, which fills a tree with variables:

• evaluated in DPG/Tasks/AOTTrack/PID/TPC/qaPIDTPC.cxx
• used for PID NN training

This tree aims for post-processing analysis, in particular to match problematic regions of QA variables and corresponding regions of NN training variables phase space.
