👨‍💻 About Me

I'm a PhD candidate at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Faculty of Information Science and Technology, and a Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS 2025) recipient. My research focuses on multilingual Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) dialogue systems for Arabic and Malay low-resource languages, combining RAG with LoRA/PEFT fine-tuning of mT5. I'm also an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Technology-Iraq.
