Akicou

Student. I tinker with ML and build small things.

Honest note: a lot of my repos are forks I'm learning from, or experiments where an AI helped me write a good chunk of the code. I'll flag the ones that are mostly my own.

Things I've actually built

  • ream — a reimplementation of the REAM algorithm for compressing mixture-of-experts LLMs.
  • automaticConversion (GGUF Forge) — automates the HuggingFace → GGUF pipeline: download, convert, quantize, upload.
  • Nixre — a self-hosted Git forge. Passkeys, pull requests, and an AI that reads your real diff. Runs on your own machine.
  • decard — a pi / Claude agent skill that flattens card-based UI into clean sections.

If I'm not on here, I'm over on my own forge. For SWE work, find me at git.nayhein.com.
