Replaces the slash commands table with a single callout note scoped to Claude Code CLI (
claudeterminal app). Removes the implication that/mcp__agentmeter__sessionsand/mcp__agentmeter__spendare available in the VS Code extension or Cursor — they aren't, since those clients don't implement MCP prompt → slash command mapping.Docs-only change, no code touched. Merge and release as a patch (
fix:ordocs:→1.1.1) or just merge to main without a release since it's README only.
