Adds a new Windows browser definition so AdGuard for Windows can recognize Doubao Browser as a supported browser for HTTPS filtering defaults (per issue #44).
Changes:
- Added a new
Doubao Browserentry towindows/browsers.jsonwith executable name, install detection conditions (file path + uninstall registry keys), and a public reference link.
