精简 performance_benchmark.md 中英文两版"命令含义"章节：
链接名称由"工具快速入门/命令含义"修正为与实际章节一致的"工具快速入门/启动测评（两种方式任选其一）"；
删除与快速入门重复的示例命令及参数说明，仅保留"在此基础上需要额外加上 --mode perf 或 -m perf"等关键信息。
Issue #438 3. 修正 cli_args.md 中英文两版 --datasets 参数说明的链接：补充锚点并统一显示文本与章节名一致（支持数据集类型 / Supported Dataset Types），与 home.md 现有正确写法保持一致。
