8-Ball is not just an idea.
The project already has a working local architecture including:

- fuzz and invariant testing
- end-to-end browser and runtime testing
- independent security review and active remediation
The official token has not been launched yet.
After launch, project-generated fees are designed to support:
- daily community rewards
- long-term holder rewards
- operational reserves
- infrastructure and gas
- continued development
The objective is to build a system that can sustain its own operation through real activity rather than depending permanently on donations.
Initial development has been self-funded.
We are now preparing a $15,000 community funding campaign to help complete the path from a working local system to an externally reviewed, production-ready launch.
Funding will prioritize:
- independent external security audit
- production-grade infrastructure
- testnet and deployment costs
- blockchain services and randomness
- professional web and communication infrastructure
Any funding remaining after the real launch and security costs are covered is intended to help seed the initial community Prize Vault.
