docs: refresh demos with real translations + Obsidian capture shot#5

Re-shoot the demo images against the current build with real English→Traditional Chinese translations (llama3.1 via local Ollama), replacing the earlier same-language captures, and add the missing "note in your vault" shot: - capture-obsidian: the captured note living in an Obsidian vault, its frontmatter rendered as native Properties (the status: raw handoff contract) - capture-saved: inline translation + the save-to-Obsidian button on MDN - demo-mdn, demo-wikipedia: real cross-language translations (were same-language) - popup: refreshed to show the new Obsidian vault / folder / enrich fields Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
