Feature Request: Per-exercise / per-muscle-group analytics view (not scoped to a routine) #1295

Description

@jurasans

Problem

The only way to see historical statistics for a specific exercise or skill today is to open a routine that contains it and look at the data logged there. That view is scoped to that one routine, so progress on an exercise that's been logged across multiple routines — or moved from one routine to another over time — is fragmented and can't be seen as a single continuous trend.

Proposed solution

Add a dedicated analytics screen, independent of any single routine, where a user (or a trainer viewing a client's data) can select a specific exercise or muscle group and see all-time statistics for it, aggregated across every routine and session it's ever appeared in.

Details

  • Selectable Y-axis metric: Weight, Volume (weight × reps), or Reps.
  • Default to Weight, matching current per-exercise chart behavior, so existing users land on a familiar view.
  • Volume needs a defined fallback for bodyweight exercises with no weight value — right now those contribute nothing to weight-based totals no matter how much history exists behind them, so a pure-bodyweight skill would show as flat/zero unless Volume falls back to something like reps or hold time instead of weight × reps.
  • Filterable by muscle group as well as by individual exercise, so trends can be viewed by category (e.g. "all pulling work") and not just one specific movement.
