Incorrect GAIN, EQ and VOLUME reading on start

Windows 7 32-bit, Toaster 1.0.100 ALPHA

I have started Toaster and it shows/reads incorrect values of GAIN, EQ and VOLUME (EQ is all 0.0, GAIN and RIG VOLUME also seems to be 0.0), Request values (CTRL+R) doesn't help, values are still 0.0 at Toaster

I think that there is a bug in the reporting of the KPA communication state. If I run the app with the apple network midi interface I get a green light for the KPA state even if there is no KPA present. I think it should only be set to green if it has received a response from the KPA.
