• Discovery UI matches mockups/s8_discovery
• Start/status/results states wired to existing endpoints
• Component tests updated

Dependencies

• None — runs in parallel with Sprint 39 backend (S39-01+)

Out of scope

• F2 screens (chat/trace, compare, cost dashboard, certificate/feedback, discover concepts approval)
• New backend endpoints, migrations, or domain model changes
