Live Clock Widget is Offset on Display When Server Timezone Is Different To Selected Timezone

I have included the live clock widget on a screen, and have set it to use the Local (Europe/London) timezone, with 24 Hour time.
My server's timezone is UTC.

The clock displays correctly in the screen designer (e.g. 22:00), but when displayed on my reTerminal E1001 screen, the time is shown offset by minus 1 hour (e.g. 21:00).

I noticed that in the list of timezones, London is incorrectly shown as UTC+0:00, when currently London is actually UTC+1:00.
