Tracked against the existing verifier lineage pm-euqm7x, with the broader recurrence measurement requirement in pm-2zjs0g.

The failure is the nested HTTP server invalid-discovery test: it received the evaluator’s readiness-timeout diagnostic. I requested a failed-job rerun on the identical SHA to distinguish startup timing from a reproducible verifier regression. The existing invalid-discovery assertion and all timeout limits remain intact.

The unchanged-source rerun passed: Nightly Validation, attempt 2 at 9181e96779f7b1eba6f71aaa51a54c821c43c745, including Windows/Node 24. No assertion, timeout, or quality gate changed.

This occurrence is recorded on pm-euqm7x; the earlier failure remains visible in attempt 1. The result identifies an intermittent readiness timeout rather than a repaired source defect. Published 2026.9.9 also passed fresh npx/bunx CLI and MCP acceptance.
