Regexp shipped in this PHP package are outdated

The last automatic update of the uap-core submodule was 2 years ago.

It would be great if those updates could be re-enabled and released regularly.

Better to use https://github.com/jenssegers/agent looks like this package is not maintained

Fixed by #81 (updating regexes for 3.10.0) and #76 (restoring the automated updates in CI)
