Hey, just wanted to let you know there are now versions of BreakoutDetection in [Rust](https://github.com/ankane/breakout-rust) and [Ruby](https://github.com/ankane/breakout). fwiw, the Rust compiler found [this assignment](https://github.com/twitter/BreakoutDetection/blob/7ae3fc49001f8c3f5f46c0b33c61f90e1e889df6/src/edmTail.cpp#L373) to `qb` isn't used and can be removed. Thanks for this library!
