curl -sSL https://tzel.tezos.com/wallet-install.sh | bash -s -- --stop

# Restart
curl -sSL https://tzel.tezos.com/wallet-install.sh | bash
chmod: changing permissions of '/home/user/.tzel-wallet': Operation not permitted

Same error using --force
