Cross repo issues

vim-rhubarb is awesome and i love using it, thanks Tim!

One thing i'm missing is being able to find issues from other repositories as sometimes an issue is opened in a different repo than it's actually resolved in

[tpope]

Is tpope/vim-rhubarb#29 the supported syntax for this? That and URLs shouldn't be too difficult to bolt on.
