Update entry for writes/local fs/obstore/uncompressed for multipart obstore fix

The fix for developmentseed/obstore#767 was merged in developmentseed/obstore#771, which will appear in the next obstore release (>0.11.0). When this is released, update the table, which should reduce it from 1 copy to 0.
