The podspec at https://github.com/thinkassembly/sqlite3mc is not published yet and must be manually downloaded and referenced pending reaching out to [SQLite3MultipleCiphers](https://github.com/utelle/SQLite3MultipleCiphers) or [Sqlite3.dart](https://github.com/simolus3/sqlite3.dart) to see if either one is interested in maintaining it.
