Feature: Implement dynamic model fetching in pi-rust (refs: pi-agent-rust#92)

Problem

pi-rust (used by ADF) lacks dynamic model discovery. When kimi-for-coding defaults to kimi-for-coding (which maps internally to kimi-k2-thinking), there is no mechanism to discover or use newer models like k2p5 or k2p6.

This blocks ADF agents from using newer, faster models as they become available from providers.
