Determine whether individual tabs should visually indicate unsaved changes.

Background

Current implementation relies on shared status messaging. No decision was made regarding per-tab indicators.

Possible Solutions

• Dot indicator
• Badge indicator
• Color change
• Icon indicator

Questions

• Does the current status block provide enough feedback?
• Would visual indicators improve usability?
• Would indicators add unnecessary visual clutter?

Acceptance Criteria

• Make a final design decision.
• Implement if approved.
• Document decision either way.
