Add toptica lasers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be very nice to integrate the toptica laser increasingly into this software.

There is the https://github.com/toptica/python-lasersdk, which is a nice way to start integration. Next step would be to see what useful stuff we can get out there.

Describe alternatives you've considered
They have a GUI, but who wants this anyway ?
