Release new version? (without reference to internal sun.security.x509 JDK API)

#78 removed a reference to JDK-internal API. This is critical to be able to seamlessly work with newer JDK versions.

However, there was no release of ed25519-java since 2018.

Could we have a new release on maven central?

Regarding OSGi it would be good to include

• Add net.i2p.crpyto.eddsa.math to OSGi exported packages. #83

as well...

and possibly duplicates #88
