In section 11.1.2 it says "...then iteratively aligns sequences according to the witch sequences that are most similar..." and I think it should be "...to the sequences that are most similar..."
In the section 11.2 it says "Progressive alignment iteratively aligning sequences in order of their proximity on the tree" and it would read better if it said "Progreswsive alignment iteratively aligns sequences..."
