< 10 Person Course Displays

Since Summer 2023, we've received data regarding courses with fewer than 10 students. While these data entries do not have specific grade information, they have professors associated with them. This could be used to indicate that GGV2 is aware that a course exists but that we do not have information regarding it. By assigning a professor to a specific term students could also ask former students from that same time for their feedback on a course.

• Generate a schema design to handle null distributions and how the frontend would respond to it
• Clean and join both Summer 2023 and Fall 2023 data
• Write a cleaning file for these <10 student courses
• Generate code in the gen_dist to handle the input of these courses.
• Generate data and display on site
