Support more than just Prisma Postgres an `prisma dev` in VS Code extension Studio.

Currently the VS Code extension distribution of Studio is limited to Prisma Postgres and prisma dev. With recent introduction of new Studio in prisma studio, we added support for MySQL and SQLite. We could allow using Studio in VS Code for these kinds of databases too - through connection strings passed in command palette.

Hey @igalklebanov 👋 Agreed — studio-core is ready for this (MySQL and SQLite executors both work in prisma studio), so the remaining work is in the VS Code extension: accepting connection strings via the command palette and instantiating the right executor. Moving this to prisma/language-tools where the extension lives.
