Pi Desktop don't boot if not connected to HDMI

It seems that the Raspberry PI do not boot if an HDMI screen is not connected.
Is there a way to force it ?

Same for me.
Sometimes it works but most of the time the Pi doesn't boot.
I'm using a SSD mSata.
